You can wear pretty much any eye look just don't rim your entire eye with eyeliner itll make it look even smaller.

You could line you lips with a lip liner and a matching lipstick it will enhance your lips! Also you should add some Blush and bronzed to give your face some color. Hope this helped:)

Honestly you're gorgeous! And your eye color is so pretty! Simple eye makeup like eyeshadow and mascara is all you need. And for your lips just use lip liner, light colored lipsticks, and lips gloss. Hope this helps :)

Use white eyeliner on the wet line, that will make your eyes pop, and only eyeliner on the top of your eye not under and again if you so then use the white or a nude liner.
For lips you can use a lip liner and draw a bit out of your real lips to make them llook bigger. Just be careful with the lip liner when doing it :)

You can use a highlighter just above your lips on your cupids bow to make your lips pop!

My eyes are so small too so I try to use light colours so they appear to be bigger then I try to use darker colours on the crease area but not black just darker than the first one your crease is hidden so you have to work with eyes open! good luck from argentina :)

I agree with the other girls. apply a white color on youre lowerlashline. and try a smokey eye without eyeliner. if you want fuller looking lashes, you can rim the inner part of youre upperlashline with a black pencil. curling youre lashes will help aswell. also make the crease a bit darker and highlight the inner corner of youre eye. for the lips you could use a lipplump. use a naturel lipcolored lipliner and just fill it a bit outside the lipline. then go with a nude lipstick overtop. and add a bit of gloss in the middle for some highlight.
