Because its Halloween I think too much is good, haha. I've seen colorful false eyelashes with feathers on the ends and such, at sephora. Maybe give those a try?

I did a peacock look last year and use some cool lashes that I got from wal mart they looked feather-like and they had top and bottom pair

I love it except I would do a different color lip like black, purple, or maybe a hot pink.

I think this is crazy cool! I'd honestly get some crazy false lashes and use OCC blue liptar or something, too :)
