Help! I can't tell if it's a pimple or a cystic pimple and I've tried everything. How do I get rid of it?

I have this cystic pimple/pimple and I've tried pretty much everything but it won't come out! What should I do? I was my face twice a day. I've tried ice, a hot compress, lemon, clean and clear morning burst with exfoliating beads, cinnamon and lemon facial mask, coffee and oil, Vicks and nothing seems to work.

Also DO NOT TOUCH OR PICK AT IT or else it will get worse. And don't worry it will eventually go away but keep trying.

Try Burt's bees spot treatment, it works fore and you can get it at most drugstores.

Well I will tell you one thing, there's no such thing as a cystic pimple. There is cystic acne, but that is acne mixed with cysts. Cysts are growths in the skin and can not be removed in most cases. Usually they'll be drained and eventually grow back. Trust me, you do not have one. Though I recommend you don't touch it especially if it's painful.

I hate those in between nose pimples!! I occasionally get them, and they hurt like hell!! Anyway, mine usually eventually come to a head, and once I popped it and now I have this ginormous everlasting pore. Like all my other pores all smaller than it, so I suggest not popping, and if it pops on its own, don't squeeze it. Good luck!!

I had one of those a week ago on my chin and it was huge, bigger than yours and my suggestion to you is to leave it alone until it doesn't hurt And looks as though its just a large pimple. I made the mistake of picking at it and I still have a scab healing, ick. Haha! It'll go away :)

I don't have a visible scar with mine but this is the second week I've had mine but its pretty much gone :)

I have one of those too. Try benzoyl peroxide gel on it and leave it alone.
