I know that its some emo girl, but it was the only picture I could find of bangs somewhat like this. Any ways to curl them like this? I've tried but it neverrr works out.

You could use a straightener? Idk it looks like she just flipped them outwards while straightening her hair.

You need bangs in the front, first of all... And she just used a straightner and curled inwards towards her self...
