Two step girl; foundation&powder/BB or CC Cream&powder.
One step girl; a hell of a primer and powder foundation.
I have oily skin as well and I'm usually a two step girl but when I only have time for one I use this primer called BECCA mattifying primer and it works wonders under my foundation to keep the oil at a minimum!

Milk of magnesia under your foundation is fantastic for oily people like us. Use a matte foundation and with powder on top. And bring blotting sheets with you too.
