What to wear with bit polar weather?!

Tomorrow's the first day of my second year of college. I have no clue if I should wear something warm and boots or not?! Today it rained and got down to 60F but a couple days ago it was 80! And tomorrow is supposed to be 72F. What should I wear? I have an 8:30 class so it will be cooler but what if it gets crazy hot?

I don't have any ballet flats. Lol. I have every other type of shoe in the world though. :p.
