Crest white strips! just as long as you don't get the 2 hour one your teeth will be fine :)

Crest. the more fast results the more likely it is to get your teeth sensitive. I like crest. the only one that made my teeth sensitive for 2 days were the two hr ones.

Crest!! I have vivid it's only lvl 2 of the whitening scale so it's ok
