How can I create sloppy, messy curls? Ones like Ke$ha? My hair is naturally wavy...thanks! :)!

I say to use sea salt spray , it gives your hair a lot of texture to create a messier look!

I think over night braids , wake up take them out , tease your hair a lil bit everywhere around , a throw glitter lol (:
