The dress is like a fiery scarlett red it came out lighter in the picture :-/

The top outfit you could try the ocean look. For the red top you could try the Garden or Sunrise look. I hope the pic shows up ok  :~)

Neutral eyes I reccomennd getting a matte brown eyeshadow to add to the outter eye to give you more definition add some blue eyeshadow to your lower lashline and use a light pink lipstick.
