A bit of concealer just on the few blemishes
For eyes:
Try brown in the crease and a darker brown in the outer v, then a light champagne shade on the inner half and white on the inner corner. Blend.
This pic uses the naked 1 palette but these are basic shades you can find anywhere. :)
