You have dark brows and (really pretty) dark skin. Brunette or dark brown is the way to go.

Do you mean a kit to fill in your brows with? If so, I agree with the Milani eyebrow kit. Generally if you have dark hair, your brows should be a shade or 2 lighter. Never want to have black eyebrows, it looks too harsh. I like that the Milani one has 2 different shades to choose from so you can do the front of your eyebrow lighter than the tail. To set my eyebrows in place, I usually use a clear mascara. They also have brow gel in colors. You can use a lighter shade to lighten up your eyebrow hair without actually having to do so. I know MAC makes some.
