You have three options:-1.Soak kitchen roll in chilled milk and dabb over your eyes
2. Put a spoon in the fridge then hold over your eyes
3.get more sleep :)

Leave two spoons in the freezer overnight in the morning, take them out and place them under your eyes. it helps with the undereye bags.

The spoons don't work much.. But try it anyway.. Its refreshing for your under bags.. I've tried iit before but I guess you have to keep doing to see if it actually works :)
