I have quite large pores on my cheeks from using Proactive 8 years ago for only a week! I hate that stuff... Anyway, I've been using a toner for just over a month now, approximately how long does it take before you start to see the results of smaller pores?

Most changes take 6 weeks to notice effect, to help speed up your results you should get a facial or steam your pores really good and close them with very cold water, then use toner. It'll clear out anything keeping your pores "open"
