Benefit They're Real Mascara and use a white eyeliner pencil on your waterline to open up your eyes. Use a darker colour eye shadow in your crease to give depth and then a light coloured eye shadow on your lid to make them look bigger.

Curl your lashes, apply a creamy volumizing mascara like the rocket or benifits they're real, and use white shadow or pencil around your watwr line.

Dark colors close you're eye so try a white eyeliner on the bottom and black eyeliner on your top lash line.

Agreed. Benefits mascara is seriously magical and can make anyones lashes look long! I'd also use a white or nude eyeliner like everyone suggested. Maybelline has some really nice ones that are super smooth. If your eyes are that small, I'd only do mascara on your top lashes.

As always great information that Jacqueline has given and I agree 100% I would also like to suggest instead of using black liner on top of lash line use a brown or taupe or also just a Burgundy color liner and nude on waterline.you'll see a difference :-)
