So this is embarrassing... But I'm constantly bloated >.<
Even when I'm not on my period!
How can you get rid of bloat?
(Btw: I'm pretty slim, so I know when I'm bloated. Its usually after I eat something.)

Make sure to drink lots of water, eat fruits and veggies and exercise :)

That's it? I do all of that except I probably don't drink sufficient water. @Haley.

Well if you eat too fast, you may not be able to tell when you're full, so you keep eating until you're way past full. it could also be if you drink a lot of liquid with your meal, it fills you up fast.

Don't eat salty foods. Watch portions sizes, if you feel too full you will bloat. Drink tons of water. You could put lemon or cucumber in the water.

Okay thanks! But what happened to you when you didn't have enough sodium? @Emma.

Yeah I agree cut down on the salt/sodium. Foods naturally have salt so maybe try not add any and avoid BBQ cause that has a ton if sodium.
