People can be allergic to aloe.maybe your face is more sensitive than the rest of your body.

It's weird because the less pure version I used to use as a moisturizer never broke me out and then I got the 99.9% kind and it did -_- the breakouts are like a rash because the blemishes are so small and often in groups maybe I had an allergy to aloe and it being more pure had more aloe, and that may be the case with you too :( I don't know if you have any cold creams at home already but a mask of plain Noxema or something similar with soothing extracts like eucalyptus can dramatically calm redness and any discomfort on that part of your face.
Good luck!(:

Hi, I'm a cosmetologist! You're not allergic to it, its reacting to the build up in your pores. Its trying to push everything bad out of your skin but I think using a cold cream on your face first will be a better idea. Make sure to exfoliate your t zone and let the cold cream sit in that area for a few minutes. Cold cream feels weird at first, it has a very strong tingling, but leave it on as long as you can stand it (it won't need more than 5-8 mins though) and I promise each time it will get better and after 2 weeks it won't bother you anymore.
I'd swear my life on cold cream. It will cut through any kind of make up and leave your skin feeling amazing. You might break out in the first month but once those last impurities leave you will look amazing all the time.

@Dina; if I were to use aloe continuously despite the breakouts would it eventually make my skin better? Lol I feel so drawn to it because of its healing properties but it seems like I get all these breakouts whenever I try it again :/
@Alexandra; np! I hope everything gets better really soon(:

As long as the rest of your skin routine is right for your face- yes it will get better. the best thing you can do is to go see an aethetician and get a facial. bring in your products and describe your routine and she will let you know what to change.
part of growing up includes acne but eating right and taking the best care of your skin possible will minimize it.
