Bumpy looking spots

My fore head has two spots on. Which is fine except that they look like two bumps on my head?! Why?
I don't know how to get rid of them either, they're hard to pop. Yuck! Help?

Try a full coverage concealer.

Try taking a washcloth and running it under hit water then laying it on the spots. After awhile if this it should bring them too a head so you can pop them. Don't squeeze them if they don't have a head because it'll make it really bad.
