Do you have to go light or dark foundation to your skin.

Never to dark! You have to stay close to your skintone and if there is nothing for your type, then choose the lighter one! You always bring color with your powder or blush! I'd your foundation is to dark its going to make you look older and it shows because you can't blend it nice with your neck.
