How can I get rid of this and get smooth skin?

Hey guys so I got these bumps/rash on my face especially my cheek bone area! Idk how to describe it lol Idk if they're pimples but they're tiny pimple like bumps is there any way I can get rid of that?

Tea tree oil! The body shop sells it pure or in lotions or face washes. :)

Maybe clogged pores. Make sure you're cleansing your skin properly and thoroughly before bed.
