I would add some shadow above your crease. A color that will make the blue pop even more. The shadow you have on now is beautiful.

Yea...some kind of white-ish or light grey on the brow bone.
Some green right above the crease or on the sides would look cute as well.

I would recommend finding a shadow that matches your skin tone and blend it above your crease into the blue, that way it is a little more transitional from the blue to the skin:)
