I can't stop bitting my nails what should I do to stop, and any tips on how to make them healthy and long.

Paint them! When they are painted you are not going to want to bite them and it'll taste bad if you do.

I stopped biting my nails after I started painting them but to make them grow.. Get water , salt , and olive oil and mix them together and soak your fingers in that for 20 min

They have a clear coat that tastes disgusting and its meant to make you stop...it sure stopped me.
