So I tried using the crest 3D whit strips but it stung my gums pretty bad. Does anyone have another product that would be less harsh on my gums? Maybe even a natural remedy??

Use banana skin and rub it on your teeth everyday. Use the inside of the skin not the outside.

You can also use baking soda but I prefer the banana

Baking soda mixed with water to form a paste, do it a couple times per week... Have to say it tastes terrible though. I use whitening toothpaste now.

It stings mine too! I rinse with hydrogen peroxide and brush with baking soda once a week.

You can put a layer of Vaseline on your gums as a barrier so I doesn't sting so bad ;)

What Ivonne said :) And don't put them up on your gums. Apply them to your teeth only. Slide them down once applied so they are off your gums.
