Try a Keratin spray. Use it in your hair after you get out of the shower (while it's still wet). Then straighten it once it dries. Your hair should stay straight for awhile.

Organix makes a good Keratin spray, if you want to try that. If that brands doesn't work for you try a few others. You can get the Organix one pretty much any where though.
