On the back of my thighs I have these tiny red bumps that aren't real bumps. I was wondering if anyone else had them and knew how to get rid of them?

If you shave your thighs than they may be irritated where is it on your thighs? If it's upper it could also be from your clothes rubbing.

Or it could be heat rash if you've been out in the heat. Take a cold shower and bathe in oatmeal.

It could be keratosis pilaris. I have it on the back of my arms but can also be found on the back of the legs.
