Target's brand of makeup remover wipes are really nice, and inexpensive too. After I use them my face feels so nice.

For JUST your eye makeup, Ide say baby oil in gel form. It's cheap and comes in a big jar. You don't need a lot and it takes off everything! Just don't use it to take off foundation or anything like that, it'll clog up your pores. For foundation and stuff just use a washcloth and water.

I use the neutrogena wipes. I use the purple package. I think its like night calming or something like that. but it works really well and smells nice too.
