I always get bubbles on my nails after I paint them. And they always smudge before they dry. Is there a way to make them dry faster?

You can also try rolling the polish between to hands, instead of shaking it. There are quick dry topcoats but those are usually the first to chip. If you don't mind spending a little extra money, you can buy quick dry drops which are pretty helpful! And make sure to do your nails at a time where you won't be using your hands too much(:
