So I just got an email from one guy who asked that do I offer paid advertising? So does that mean that I have to pay for the advertiser or what? I would really love if you could help me, because english isn't my native language :/

Usually when people ask about paid advertising, they're asking you (the blogger) if you accept payment for advertising.
