How to use cream shadow?

I can do eye applications like jp other but I always stay away from cream eyeshadow because I don't know how to use them. I have color tattoos and I wanna use them HELPPPP!?

You can apply them like you would a power shadow using a brush. I find it easy to apply and blend with my fingers as well.

I'm a finger user to. I always seem to get a more even and natural looking blend.

I just use Mac's Paintpot in ground work for a base that's it.

I use the color tatoos and I like using a concealer brush rather than my finger. It's flat and easier to apply to me.

When I don't have nails I prefer fingers, if I have nails then brushes work real well, or I use to use q-tips before I got brushes.
