The first one is very beautiful, but the flowers are too wedding-ish to seem appropriate for graduation. Keep in mind there's going to be lots of pictures, so if your hairstyle favors one side remember to pose that way. That's why I'd choose the second. I always hear " You look so beaustiful with your hair down" and on graduation day.. beautiful is how you should feel inside and out!
