I need an updo. Help?

I'm going to a wedding and the reception is in a barn. The dress cusual but I need an updo to go with my dress that will keep my hair up and off my face and neck. I would really appreciate some suggestions.

There are plenty of braid tutorials on beautylish and from there you can just pin the braids up or into a bun. Hth:)

I love all these suggestions but my only problem is. My hair is just a bit longer than my coller bone and it has layers so I find it harder to get styles to work with my hair. Do you recommend anything?
