From what I've seen they over charge for things and you don't get any better service than you would anywhere else. I've never had my hair done there, but I do hair and I've seen people who have.

They charge like $25 for a haircut, and $50 if the manager does it.

It depends on each location. The one I go to is really nice, I like it. I've had a full head of highlights done twice, and a cut with lots of layers and face frame. I was very happy with the results. But I do have a family friend stylist there and she gives me coupons!
