You'd look good with an industrial but those are dangerous... I recommend tremendous research before getting one done.

Personally I would say industrial. I have one and although they can be a pain as long as you take care I it right its no problem at all :) and I know you want cartilage but have you considered your forth holes also? I think that would also look very good as long as you keep a need that's smaller than the rest :)
