Depends on what kind of job, I suppose. I'm an auditor so I meet different kinds of clients - I had a client ask me why my ring finger was painted white while the rest of my nails were pink. I didn't think people noticed those kinds of things but I was wrong!

Hmm...it's for position at an as agency. I dunno. I think I might play it safe and just re-do them. Ugh.

Depends on the job. Personally I never dinged anyone for it. But I had clients who frowned upon it.

I am with Shelley! I am in management and hire people often. Do not allow your nails to be the focal point. You want the person interviewing you to be engaged in your answers.

I would opt for a more neutral color for a job interview. Some people will frown upon to much bling going on. Whether it be your nails or make up or too much jewelry. Trying to get a job? I'd tone it down...after your hired you can wear whatever you want! :)

No. do natural. you don't want to have to over come your nails. your personality and skills should be front and center not your nails.

Me personally would go for a high shine clear topcoat
