What's healthier for your nails? Do they both do the same damage? I'm interested in getting gel nails but I don't know if it will damage my nails :/ any tips?

GEL IS WAYYY BATTER FOR UR NAILS Juss because acrylic can EASILY ruin them if you were to break it the wrong way... Personally I think acrylic is nicer but gel made my nail grow out but never take it off by peeling it will ruin your nail 2 but it's not going to break so I would say gel! & they came out with the gel that is 1 color wen it's cold & another wen it's hot.

I do nails and I have to say gel is more healthier for youe nails because acrylic tends to damage your real nails naking them become rough and bumpy
