Try simulating your scalp with essential oils like lavender, peppermint, rosemary. The tingling from the oils with stimulate the blood flow to your scalp promoting hair growth. Make sure to thoroughly shampoo your hair afterwards :)

How does everyone use the coconut oil? I've seen a few methods online. Some seem to use it as a leave-in conditioner and others as a deep conditioning treatment. Thanks!

My husband put together an oil mix for me and in sections he oils my scalp with it. Then I braid it up into a big topknot and sleep with it overnight. Rinse out the next morning with my coconut cowash. Last week I stretched in the shower (my hair is curly) and my hair now reaches the middle of my butt. If you're serious about wanting long hair you will definitely need to leave the heat alone and work with your natural texture.

I agree with ya Dina but sometimes the stuff prescribed by doctors isn't always the best. And people with eating disorders have unhealthy hair due to not getting proper nutrients. So I find that diet does play a substantial role in hair care growth/maintenance. And my topical mix has been a godsend to my scalp as it has taken care of areas that were once thin.

This is a weird fact but jello actually strengthens and lengthens your hair, when I grew my hair out for locks of love I ate it every day (you can do every other day) and it REALLY WORKS! It grew almost twice as fast

Castor oil, coconut oil masks, WEN hair conditioner, and silica (a vitamin) I work at a healthfood store and a girl said it made her hair grow an inch and a half a month! I want to start taking them once my biotin vitamins runs out which with the biotin I've only noticed that it makes my nails stronger/longer. I've notice nada with my hair! :(

If you make the commitment to closely follow the five steps below, not only will you grow long hair but your hair will be in beautiful condition throughout the process. Read my tips below...
1. Comb your hair daily. This will help stimulate hair growth. Even if you’re at work, be sure to take constant breaks to brush your hair, just don’t get caught.
2. Moisturize your hair. Find a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner that adds volume to your hair.
3.Use hair packs once a week to put sustenance in your hair. Much the same as your skin, hair too requires some product of spoiling on a general foundation and cutting edge hair packs help give a clean sparkle to your hair.
4. Trim your hair regularly. You want to do this to get rid of split ends and to add shape to your hair.
5. Uphold to an exceptional diet. Your hair too requires the reliable support of an adjusted eating regimen to develop well. Just ensure that all your meals have enough protein and iron in them.
And Finally, If you have 2 minutes - I will share you my story "How I Make My Hair Grow Faster, Longer, Thicker and More Beautiful in 15 Days". Read my full story at http://makemyhairgrowfaster.org
