Galaxy nails, step by step...

1. Paint nails blue
2. After the nails are dry paint half of the nail blue.
3. With a sponge or ripped up paper towl dab the blue when wet
4. One dryed repeat step 3 with purple instead of blue.
5. Repeat on all nails and wait to dry
