I'd suggest physicians formula gel eyeliner or any eyeliner from NYX =] You may also want to try Hard Candys felt tip eyeliner? I love their liquid liner so I'm sure it's comparable!

I do wings every day, and the best drugstore brand is milani's eye tech extreme marker pen. it's a dupe for stila's marker pen but for a fourth of the price and a bit less waterproof. ☺
