Do you guys know of a way to "dye" hair that's semi permeate like a henna. Thanks for the help and keep the comments coming!

You can get semi-permanent dyes at target or other stores like that. Just look at the packaging and it will say on it. It usually says on the front at the bottom.

You could try Target like Courtney said, or Wal-Mart, and definitely Hot Topic if there's one where you live(:
