What is it that you're trying to address with your eye area? I personally have several in rotation but what I do have that is affordable is the Mario Badescu Glycolic eye cream and grapeseed oil. The grapeseed oil actually helps with dark circles. I picked mine up at health food store for $4.79. A little goes a long way too. The MB can be found on their website and ULTA.

And I think it was under $20 (the Mario Badsecu).

Never heard of using grape seed oil. I'm going to have to try that. I use two different eye creams as well.

When looking for a good eye cream you need to look at the ingredient deck if it does not contain peptides retinol or antioxidants pass on it because all it will do is hydrate the area the molecules will be to large to penatrate your eye area and it won't cause any real change or even protect you against further free radical damage.
