I don't have studio sculpt foundation but if it's a liquid foundation, this is what I do...
1. I get a small plastic saucer and put one pump of foundation in it
2. I take a foundation brush and mix my foundation in circular motions
3. Then I wipe a little of the foundation off the brush on the side of the saucer and lightly apply my foundation in circular motions. if you need more foundation just do little by little to avoid making it real cakey
