Try Eco Tools. Great quality and price. There are some good e.l.f. brushes as well, but they're hit and miss. The e.l.f. Studio Powder Brush is one of my favs & everyone who buys it seems to love it. The eye shadow brush is good, too.

the elf mineral blending brush is great. You can try the The Body Shop ones, they're ok (just a little big).

Eco Tools you can get from your drugstore and work great. You should also check out ELF. You can find them online or at some Targets. There brushes are pretty good ! I love there Powder Brush from there Studio Line, it's only $3 and works great for applying foundation. You should also check out BH Cosmetics & Costal Scents. There brushes are pretty cheap and both those sites usually have sales going on.

If you go to ulta.com they have a buy one get one half off on Real Techniques brushes. I just bought both starter sets for 29 bucks.

You definitely need to check out Elf and Sonia Kashuk! Elf is super cheap but pretty good quality. Especially the Studio line. All of the brushes are $3! Sonia Kashuk is a little pricier than Elf but still very affordable and very nice brushes!
