Hair Dye Help

Hey guys so I found this picture on here and it is the exact color I want to dye my hair. I'm super excited because I haven't been able to find the right shade until now. However I'm totally new to coloring my hair, so I was wondering if any of you could tell me how the process goes. also I have really dark brown hair so will I have to bleach it first? I'll probably be getting it done professionally but any info on the process and how long it will take would be awesome! thank you!

It will probably take from 1.5 to 3 hours especially because you'll have to lighten first.

I was thinking of doing it at a salon since I've never colored my hair before.

Definitely go to a salon and not one like super cuts or anything. check reviews in local places to find somewhere that can do bright colors well.
