My liner on my bottom lid always travels. I use UDPP on my lids most of the time. Can I use a face primer in the under eye area?

I think you can.

Have you tried Benefit's Stay Don't Stray? It's a primer for the eye lid and under-eye area. I have it and like it. I do use my face primer under my eyes, but I also LOVE Tarte's Creaseless Concealer and then I use a highlighting concealer on top.

Is it a skin issue or are you just looking for sticking/staying power? Should've asked that first...

My bad for suggesting Benefit Stay Don't Stray - apparently it and only available in lighter skin tones - shame. But the Tarte concealer comes in tan/deeper shades. Good luck Sevetria!

Thanks Velen. I was going to consider using the MOM as a primer anyway.

You don't necessarily need primer for your under eye. As long as you have a good concealer and powder you should be fine.
