Natural look would maybe be a very light dirty blonde, with light browns as an accent. Or in general, just a light color. Even white maybe.

I am the queen of colors! Lol... If you wanted to be a little more bold you could dye the entire lower layer of your hair like a light pink or lilac... Or for a more natural look like a darker color... But for the dip dye defiantly a lighter more pastel color or for a more natural look a dirty blonde or light brown... And ombre even might be what you would want to end up doing...
