I always hear that you should use a serum on your face overnight instead of using a normal moisturizer. Why is this?
And also can you recommend any to me, particularly for very sensitive skin.

Do you just use pure vitamin e on your face?

Oh okay! I already have some vitamin e oil, I will have to start trying that on my face. I'm currently using Simple Skincare's Vital Vitamin night cream. I just hate how greasy it is and it doesn't soak in.

Or you could use the Botanics Ultra Calm Skin Calming Serum, you can get it from Target or Boots and its amazing. Its a miracle worker for sensitive, red skin.

A serum goes in deeper than a normal moisturiser. I have dry skin and use both every day.
