Hm, I'm not a fan. If you wanted to do something with that pink, I'd apply it over my lid then add it (with maybe some brown or the slightest amount of black) in my crease and blend it. I would add some eyeliner and apply the blue just under neath my lashes instead of trying to wing it out. I also think you need more mascara.
But seriously, you have such pretty green eyes I'd settle with a smokeyish brown eye with some brown smudged out.

I would smoke it out a lil more and add some eyeliner.. or even tightline. also maybe add some white or black eyeliner on the lower waterline. You do have a beautiful eye color.!

Not to be mean but bc of your skin tone and the matte of the pink it looks a little like pink eye. You could use the pink as an accent color or put it on underneath your brow bone.
