Try scrubbing bubbles in the green can and a either a scratch sponge or a steel wool pad.

Hydrogen peroxide.it's the active ingredient in scrubbing bubbles.

Lol! I did the same thing to bathtub when I first dyed my hair red. I used the Comet with Bleach and it came right off. Hope it works for you!
