I would recommend Mac's Ruby Woo or Lady Danger, both are matte finishes (very long lasting), but can be drying.

Clinique High Impact Lip Colour. I have the one called "Red-y to Wear". It's a gorgeous matte red that lasts all day even after eating and drinking.
