I really like to use black eyeliner on my upper waterline but whenever I do the black rubs on to my lower waterline. I've tried using black eyeshadow to set it and it still smears. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Thanks :)

I haven't tried my liquid eyeliner because I always thought it would burn!

I wouldn't use liquid on your upper waterline. Try using a different pencil that's long lasting or maybe a less creamy pencil. Honestly for my upper waterline I use a very cheap 99 cent drugstore pencil because it brings out my lash line perfectly and doesn't stamp or smear onto my lower one.

I would only suggest milani or Hard Candy for drugstore eyeliner that's of good quality. :)

I always dip my liner in gel liner and do it that way and hold my eye open for a few seconds.
