Hey ladies!
So I have had a youtube channel for over a year, i have some videos up. I live with my boyfriend and he knows that i love watching videos and want to start making regular ones but he says comments that i really dont like and makes me feel stupid for even wanting to put myself out there on youtube. Any advice ladies? Should I just do what I want and not care what he thinks?

Do what you want! Don't worry about him; he should be supporting your desire to make videos! Not saying you're not, but even if you're not as experienced as the big gurus, don't worry. I think that's most people's excuse for not making videos -- "I'm not experienced enough." Do what you want and show the world what you have to offer. You never know what people will learn from you!

Definitely start making videos dear :) I think your boyfriend is just trying to protect you from all that hateration but don't worry. You might have some negative comments, but if you don't let them affect you too much, you'll be fine! Good luck!

I'm still struggling with that as well... It feels weird sitting in a room just talking to nobody! I'm just recording short vids to get use to talking to the camera. I haven't uploaded anything on YouTube yet but watching yourself is the best advice I can give!

Who cares whether he's home or not? Seriously. It's a girl thing and some boys just don't get it. There is NOTHING wrong with wanting to make videos. People at work laugh at me for it and I just call them out. I love making videos and I'll keep doing them! Your boyfriend should support you no matter how stupid he thinks Youtube is. Do what you want!!!
